With more than 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, she has built a reputation for cultivating OEM partnerships, expanding global markets, and aligning teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Barbara began her career at MKS Instruments, supporting semiconductor OEM expansions and strengthening her foundation in customer engagement and account support. She then spent 17 years with Ham-Let, where she managed global accounts and built long-standing relationships with leading semiconductor OEMs across the U.S. and Asia.

Since joining Compart in 2018, Barbara has been instrumental in guiding international growth and deepening strategic OEM partnerships. She is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, customer-first mindset, and commitment to mentoring future leaders in the industry.
