Compart Systems Pte. Ltd. (“Compart”), expanded its capacity, capabilities, and global presence by acquiring Alpha Precision Turning & Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“Alpha”) in 2019, a prominent Malaysian precision manufacturing company.
Alpha, established in 1985 in Kulim, Malaysia, is renowned for its expertise in CNC precision machining, particularly in turning and complex manufacturing solutions for the Industrial, Oil & Gas, and Aerospace markets. With over 200 CNC turning and milling centers spread across 180,000 square feet of floor space, Alpha excels in machining a variety of materials, including Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Super Duplex, High Nickel Alloys, and exotic materials like Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, Nitronic, and Titanium.
This acquisition will enable Compart to and enhance its integration capabilities. The combined strengths of Compart and Alpha in gas and fluid flow control products and technologies will drive their business strategy forward, focusing on engineering, manufacturing, integration solutions, and technology for existing and new customers.
The integration of Compart’s expertise with Alpha’s capabilities will also expand Alpha’s offerings to include specialized secondary processing, welding, assembly, and integration services, further benefiting their customers. This strategic move underscores Compart’s commitment to diversification and growth in the global market.
