Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all subordinates are aware of and comply with all company policies and procedures across all shift patterns.
- Communicate & keep team updated on all matters relevant to the business, production & quality in a timely and appropriate means.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Perform any other job functions deem necessary by Management.
- Ensuring conformity to product requirements.
Requirements:

Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

CNC Programmer

Key Responsibilities:
- Write and optimize CNC programs using CAM software (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) based on technical drawings, CAD models, and engineering specifications.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feed rates for each machining operation.
- Responsibility in designing the machining process flow involves creating a structured plan for how parts or components will be manufactured using CNC machines.
- Based on the part’s geometry and material, the CNC Programmer selects appropriate clamping methods and design CNC clamping fixtures, ensure secure and stable fixation of the workpiece during machining.
- Set up CNC machines and prepare them for production runs, including loading raw materials, securing workpieces, and configuring machine settings.
- Conduct test runs to ensure program correctness and machine functionality.
- Operate CNC machines during production runs, monitoring machine operations, adjusting settings as necessary, and troubleshooting issues to maintain quality and productivity.
- Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet dimensional tolerances, surface finish requirements, and overall quality standards.
- Adjust CNC programs and machine settings to correct deviations or defects.
- Maintain accurate records of CNC programs and tool list in CMS or share folder.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in CNC machining operations.
- Providing accurate cost estimates, technical assessments, and proposing optimal machining operation that align with customer requirements.
- Ensure that quotations are competitive, realistic, and reflective of the capabilities of the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provides on-going training and technical support of our Epicor ERP system and in-house developed MES system, and tooling management system.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support department and business needs
- Performs routine maintenance, patch updates, and day-to-day maintenance work on all ERP and integration platforms.
- Work closely with corporate IT in China to ensure all the IT policies, procedures and standards are in consistence in place.
