John C. Lantz joined Compart in 2005 and served as Vice President of Business Development since 2013. With the continued focus and drive of “Solutions Without Boundaries” approach, Mr. Lantz has demonstrated his ability for continued business growth and success. He credits his achievements to understanding the engineering, sales and business development requirements over his 38 years of experience within the Semiconductor and Manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining Compart, Mr. Lantz severed multiple engineering and management positions beginning with Texas Instruments in 1995 followed by AMD, SEMATECH and ATMEL. In addition to these major Semiconductor companies, Mr. Lantz held multiple senior management positions with Semi Gas, Tylan General, Control Systems, Insync and Kinetics. Mr. Lantz also formed C. Lantz & Associates providing consulting services for Semiconductor facilities and suppliers focused in gas distribution systems and wafer processing solutions and training.

Mr. Lantz has been instrumental in creating dynamic teams for success and accelerated execution in product and business development for major companies and start-ups. Mr. Lantz believes success is built from understanding your customers, their products and strategy coupled with the industry movements.

Mr. Lantz holds an Associate degree in Industrial Instrumentation Technology from Sowela Technical Community College in Lake Charles, La.
