Wayne Chen
Wayne Chen was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Compart Systems Pte Ltd. in January 2025 and has been serving in this role since then.
Mr. Chen has accumulated seven years of experience in the auditing industry, having worked at both RSM and PWC accounting firms. At both firms, he consistently received top annual evaluations. He possesses extensive expertise in financial auditing, with a particular proficiency in IPO projects.
Prior to joining Compart, Mr. Chen conducted financial audits for over 10 companies and provided professional recommendations for improving internal financial controls. His notable clients include CIMC (a prominent multinational industrial group), VTFM (a globally recognized leader in sputtering target materials), and JDENERGY (one of China’s foremost energy storage system providers), among others.
Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Mathematics from South China Agricultural University.
