Tess Kim joined Compart in May 2024 as the Senior Director of Transformation & Planning.  She is passionate about driving business excellence through strategic supply chain management and operational optimization across departments, functions, and geographical locations to address complex and critical business challenges. Her experience spans over three decades in Operations, focusing on building strategy, continuous improvement, and transformation within the Semiconductor and Industrial sectors.

Ms. Kim had valuable experiences before joining Compart with Global companies like LSI Logic (now Broadcom), Nvidia, ATMEL (now Microchip), Vishay, Macom, and Gates Corporation. She held senior management positions in Sales & Operations, Supply and Demand Planning, Master Data Management, Business Systems, and Operational Excellence.

Her dedication to achieving tangible results to contribute to the success of the organizations she served was evident in her role in forming and managing global supply chain teams in diverse locations including the United States, Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Philippines.

Ms. Kim holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management in Fremont, California, USA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management Engineering from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines.
