Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines independently during production runs, monitoring machine operations, adjusting machine parameter Settings according to the production and products’ needs, to maintain quality and productivity.在生产过程中独立操作数控机床，监控机床运行。根据生产和产品需要，调整机器参数设置以保持生产质量和效率。
- Collect data, sort out and analyze potential abnormal phenomena in production, and put forward improvement Suggestions and emergency measures.对生产中出现或潜在的异常现象进行数据收集，整理及初步分析，并提出改善建议与应急措施。
- Feedback the latest production status to the superior truthfully and put forward reasonable Suggestions.如实反馈生产的最新状况给上级并提出合理化建议。
- Handle abnormal situation in production process and report to shift leader.及时处理生产过程中的异常情况，并向当班领班汇报。
- Supervise subordinates to do their job well.监督下属做好本职工作。
- Reduce energy consumption and waste.节能降耗、减少浪费。
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors timely.及时完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务。
Requirements:
- Mechanical and numerical control major, more than two years relevant experience.机械与数控专业，两年以上相关经验。
- Good working attitude, obey superior’s arrangement, have team spirit.工作态度良好，服从上级安排，有团队精神。
- Ability to read machining drawings, handle engineering issues related to production. Ability to operate CNC machines independently.能够看懂机械图纸，处理与生产相关的工程技术问题。能够独立操作CNC机器设备。
- Strong practical ability.动手能力强。
- Good communication and presentation skills.具有一定的沟通技巧和表达能力。
